EUG8
The eighth Pol-PRIMETT EUG meeting was held on Tuesday 5th March 2013 in Valencia, Spain.
The meeting was opened by David Ransom, Pol-PRIMETT Director providing an overview of the Pol-PRIMETT project. Please click here to view the Pol-PRIMETT overview presentation.
Miquel Dominguez, Deputy Mayor of Public Safety and Andrés Rabadán, Chief Constable, Head of the Local Police Department, Valencia City Council provided the key note speeches.
The aim of the EUG meeting was to develop recommendations for EU wide legislation and before breaking into discussion groups two case studies were presented:
- France – Francois Despres, Gendarmerie Nationale
- Bulgaria – Nadia Sabotinova, Bulgarian Association of Recyclers
